Terms of Sale

1. Our Contract

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order.

This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Comfortel Furniture UK Ltd is formed only when we accept your order by issuing a dispatch confirmation email.

All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorisation and acceptance by Comfortel.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout where applicable.

If any pricing, product description or shipping information displayed on the website is incorrect due to a technical or administrative error, Comfortel reserves the right to correct the error, cancel the order or contact you before dispatch to arrange payment of the correct amount.

If any product or shipping charge is incorrectly displayed as £0.00, £1.00 or otherwise clearly incorrect, Comfortel reserves the right to cancel the order or request payment of the correct amount before dispatch.

Products shown as available are subject to stock availability at the time your order is processed.

Pre Order and custom manufactured products are supplied using estimated delivery dates only. Whilst every effort is made to meet these estimates, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may change due to supplier production schedules, freight delays, customs clearance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment using the payment methods displayed during checkout, including supported credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and other supported payment providers.

Payment methods may vary depending on your location and order value.

3. Consequential Loss

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
