Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Comfortel purchase, however, we understand if you change your mind when it arrives.

If you are unhappy with the product you have purchased, you may return the item(s) to us within 90 days from date on invoice, brand new in original packaging only*.

You will receive a full refund (less a 20% restocking fee & original delivery costs from the original invoice) once the product has been returned to us. Return delivery is at your cost.

All Returned items must be brand new in their original packaging only, and must not be used or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, there is no refund, exchange, or cancellation available on sale, custom, made to order and special order items.

All return requests must be raised within 90 days of the date on your invoice, please check the list to see if your item is eligible*, and then see the below FAQ’s for the returns process for certain products, or faulty/damaged returns.

*We only accept returns & refunds:

  • Product is brand new & not assembled.
  • You keep the original packaging and insulating cartons
  • Goods are returned in their original condition
  • Product is NOT on sale/clearance or a custom/special order
  • You’ve got in touch with us to process your return within 90 days of the date on your invoice
  • Once we’ve received your returned products and we’re happy with their condition then we’ll process your refund for those products.

Simply contact us within 90 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return.

If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched/sent to our delivery partners. Simply contact us  and we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Cancellations made after the dispatch of your item(s) will need to be returned brand new in original packaging* at customers cost and a 20% restocking fee will apply.  You will receive a refund of the product (less 20% restocking fee) once the product has been returned to us.  Return delivery is at your cost.

We do not accept returns that have been used, or not in original packaging* unless its faulty.

*Returned items must be brand new in original packaging, with all hardware, fixtures and accessories, and must not be used or altered in any way.

We cannot accept returns of Sale, Clearance or Discontinued items.  This is a final sale, so we recommend you carefully preview any products before purchasing.

If you need to return an item because it is faulty or as a result of something we have done wrong, we will not charge you for the return or collection costs.

If, however, you simply change your mind and wish to return and cancel the order after delivery, you will need to arrange delivery to us on your own expense.

For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Refunds will take up to 14 days to process.

Once you’ve placed an order, you won’t be able to make changes to what you have ordered but you will be able to change contact and delivery details if you contact us.
