All Comfortel products are backed with a no hassle, trouble-free warranty.  Since you are buying directly from Comfortel Furniture UK,  you are guaranteed to save money because you are eliminating the middleman. This can save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars.  We stock a large inventory in the United Kingdom, so you can be assured that you will receive your items as quickly as possible. 2. Comfortel Salon Furniture is not responsible for maintenance of any of our products. Proper use and maintenance are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Comfortel Salon Furniture is not responsible nor has knowledge of individual building codes or laws. Please check with your local government offices regarding any questions that you may have. Compliance with all local, state, and federal codes is the sole responsibility of the customer.

By signing up for an account, you have access to our trade prices direct to businesses and shopping online.

We pride ourselves in picking and shipping your order fast. Therefore any cancellations must be made immediately as once the goods have been shipped shipping charges will apply for the delivery and return of the goods. There is also a 20% percent restocking fee for any orders that are cancelled after shipment. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy

You will receive an email confirmation from us to the email address you specified as soon as your order is received, and another confirmation when your order is shipped.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 48 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund. If you don’t receive your confirmation, please Contact Us.

All purchases must be prepaid. We accept Visa & MasterCard online & the option of EFT/Bank Transfer over the phone or by visiting us.

COD’s are not accepted. Deposits of 10% at the time of order are accepted, with remaining to be paid within 30 days. Orders will ship no later than 10 business days after full payment is received and items are in stock.

Special order items, as well as items that are not in stock, will require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due prior to delivery or pick up of merchandise. Items that remain in our warehouse must be picked up or shipped within 3 weeks of purchase. Customer will be charged storage fees of no less than £55 per day that item(s) are held in our facilities.

After special orders are in production, the customer is fully responsible for paying the balance. If the order is cancelled, it will result in total forfeiture of deposit. Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

All orders, shipping costs inclusive are in £GBP.

Prices displayed are exclusive of VAT at the ruling rates and delivery costs.

VAT is charged at the end of the order, and Buyer will pay VAT (20%) of  the measured by the purchase price paid for the Products.  Comfortel’s prices set forth on the front side of the website do not include VAT.

Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on the website but are subject to alteration without prior notice.

Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is despatched, we will contact you by email with the tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.

All shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Problems reported after 48 hours are not the responsibility of Comfortel and resolution of the problems are not guaranteed.

Any damages to products are the sole responsibility of the carrier and such damage claims are between the Comfortel and carrier. The customer is required to provide video evidence of the damage so that Comfortel can file a claim and send replacement merchandise to the customer.

All shortages/backordered items and related transit costs are the shipping responsibility of customer, unless otherwise noted.
