Comfortel Furniture Ltd provides a 12 month warranty for products that have been purchased in the UK.
The warranty period commences from the date that goods are received for a period of 12 months.This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way. If a replacement due to a warranty claim is necessary, replacement goods can be shipped to an UK address only.

- 12 Months Parts & Labour: All Products
- 2 Years Parts Only: All products excluding small electrical appliances
